I'm Zandra, Owner and Creator Director of Boulevard Events. I a Dallas based event stylist and designer with a keen focus on modern luxury balloon and floral designs. I am also a wife, mother and advocate of all things art. Styling and designing special moments and life milestones gives me complete joy. I am so excited to be your preferred Dallas Balloon and Floral Designer!
